Senior Art Director & Designer, JIA JIA, 2019-2024.
Working hand in hand with the founder and designer, Jia-Jia Zhu, to bring the fine jewelry & crystal specimen brand to life in 2019, I created the new brand identity design for the company, including logo, typeface, color, photographic styling and digital marketing layout. After developing a cohesive and consistent visual language applicable across all touchpoints of the brand, I built the comprehensive creative and marketing strategy behind this new digital ecosystem. I introduced DTC marketing to company through email and SMS campaigns (evergreen, seasonal and promotional) via Klaviyo with around 15 deployed sends a month. Not only did I write all copy, but I designed all creative content for JIA JIA, ensuring visual consistency while also strategically planning and deploying every marketing placement and send. Setting the foundation to scale and evolve the brand, JIA JIA grew immensely.
