Meghann Alexandra is an Art Director and Fine Art Photographer/Mixed Media Artist living in New York City. Greats like Irving Penn, Richard Avedon, Guy Bourdin mixed with the creative forces of Alexander Liberman and Alexey Brodovitch fuel her insatiable passion and knowledge.  Following a series of commercial design jobs, starting at Condé Nast, her infectious love for still and moving images took over, and she began looking at life behind a lens.

Seeking meaning, emotions and relevancy through a multidisciplinary approach, combining many disciplines: design, illustration, collage multimedia, photography and film. Last July, she had a month-long gallery exhibition of fine art photography and mixed media pieces surrounding themes of mental health at Foley Gallery and is already planning for her next show. For that reason, her anomalous relationship to photo art direction is full circle, both personal, fine art world and professional, commercial worlds merging and informing each other with a total dedication to her craft.
